STEP 2

“Complete our Fundamentals Course”

By offering one-on-one training during the Fundamentals Course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. Fundamentals training is designed to show you the basic fundamental movements that we frequently use in our workouts to reduce any risk of injury and to maximize the intensity you will be able to train at once you enter our regular group Workouts Of the Day (WOD’s).
