Our goal at Hunters Creek CrossFit is to offer programs that will make you better as an athlete, and as a fitness competitor. We are excited to finally add Hunters Creek Weightlifting to our mix of programs. Coach Daniel is now a USAW Sports Performance Certified Coach and has learned from one of the best and renowned Olympic Coaches in the sport (DANIEL CAMARGO) and has the experience and passion to help you excel in the Olympic Lifts! This supplemental program was carefully designed to allow you to focus on your Olympic Lifts three days a week, (2x a week in class on Weds & Fridays @ 7pm, with 1 homework day) while continuing your normal training on the other days. This program includes the following:
8 -12 Week Weightifting Cycles
3 days a week of programming done by HCCF Head Coach, Daniel. (Sessions approx 75 - 90 minutes each)
Private Facebook Group Access - Moderated by Coach Daniel.
Video feedback via the Facebook group.
Focus on the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch.
Includes programming of accessory and supplemental work to improve positioning and strength.

KidFit Program Schedule:
* Ages 5-12 / Wednesday - 4pm - 4:45pm & Saturday 10am - 10:45am
KidFit teaches not only basic physical skills, but also social skills and confidence. Children learn foundation movements like the squat, push-ups, pull-ups, climbing, jumping, and elementary gymnastic movements.
More importantly, you will see your child also learns to follow directions, listen, communicate, and play with others. Every class includes fitness game play and positive reinforcement. Your child’s confidence, both physically and mentally, will grow with each class.
* Teens 12-17 / M TU TH - 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Our Youth Weightlifting & Sports Performance Teens are on the road to becoming the next generation of Firebreathers. They will take a more in-depth exploration of the movements and programming consistent with our Strength & Conditioning. Weight training will transition from dumbbells to barbells, with the emphasis still on using the least amount of weight possible to provoke a growth response in the body. Proper form will be priority number one. Workouts will be of higher intensity and will start to learn more complex movements like Snatch, Clean & Jerk. We are going to prepare your child to improve in overall athleticism, strength as well as character so they can excel in thier respected sports.
Classes continue to include game play and positive reinforcement, as well as discussions on what was learned in each class.
Youth Weightlifting & Sports Performance also includes focus on leadership skills. As children progress through the program, they will be asked to model movements, lead exercises, and demonstrate an ability to verbally explain exercises.

Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, Hunters Creek CrossFit KidFit provides a fitness program that is safe, fun and energetic. At CrossFit Hunters Creek, our KidFit program uses a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children.
Following our gym’s mission statement to improve the quality of life for our members, our goal is to help children become the best possible version of themselves. We are committed to teaching children to become successful leaders while also promoting the importance of health and fitness in a safe and positive learning environment.
KidFit makes fitness FUN. In addition to learning new skills, you will notice your child makes better food choices, has greater confidence in themselves and their abilities, is more focused in school, transitions to new sports more easily, and has a reduced risk of sport-related injury.
WHAT DOES KIDFIT TEACH?
uses a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, running, jump roping, and more.
Specifically, KidFit teaches the 10 General Physical Skills. These skills are the base for any sport or discipline your child may pursue. Improvement in each of these physical capacities will directly lead to your child having an increased ability to learn and succeed in other sports.
THE 10 GENERAL PHYSICAL SKILLS
- Cardiovascular Endurance – Can you get enough oxygen to your body?
- Stamina – Can you get enough energy to your muscles?
- Strength – How much can you lift?
- Flexibility – Can you touch your toes?
- Power – How much work can you do in the least amount of time?
- Speed – How fast can you go?
- Coordination – Can you pat your head and rub your stomach?
- Accuracy – Can you kick a soccer ball into the net?
- Agility – How quickly can you change direction?
- Balance – Can you stand on one foot? With your eyes shut.

Our Bootcamp Classes are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness level in the shortest time possible. Expect running and rowing, athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, kettlebells, Dumbbells and functional movements. Workouts are held primarily outdoors and inside the gym.
Our Bootcamp program is suitable for all fitness levels.
Beginner to advanced, participants experience a challenging, functional, and fun workout every session. Bootcamp workouts do not
incorporate heavy strength training or barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes.
1 on 1 Personal Training:
This is a great option for people who are tentative about jumping right into the group workouts or those who may be looking to take their training to the next level. Your Coach will meet with you 1-3 times per week to personalize your Fitness program and help you get the absolute most out of your training at Hunters Creek CrossFit

If you’ve been doing the daily workouts at Hunters Creek CrossFit for a little while you’ve likely made good progress in your overall fitness. You’ve also probably gained a good awareness of where your weaknesses lie. Our daily programming is designed to develop all aspects of fitness but it doesn’t take into consideration each athlete’s individual strengths and weaknesses. If you would like a more personalized overall program or you just want a little extra instruction on a particular skill or area, our Coaches are available for 1-on-1 sessions. You can arrange for just a single session to help you refine a particular skill or schedule ongoing sessions to have a Coach manage your training and help you work towards a specific goal. Small group training is also available at a discounted rate.

Mobility & Flexibility Class:
Increased range of motion can generate power and promote efficiency of functional movements through improved position and posture.
OPTIMIZE RANGE OF MOTION
Range of Motion is optimized through the strengthening of ligaments and tendons while simultaneously removing excess fascia through specific stretching routines.
Recovery is increased through the release of hyaluronic acid while simultaneously resetting the central nervous system.
***Classes start promptly at the scheduled time and will last approximately one hour. If you are a drop-in or a trial member, please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class time so that you could fill out a required waiver before the class begins.
