WOD:

With a partner,

7 Minutes for each partner to set a 1RM Floor Press

Then immediately into

  • 50 Partner WallBalls (hit target, partner catches ball)
  • 40 Partner Deadlifts (225, 155)
  • Run To OBT
  • 10 Burpee Broad Jumps
  • Run Back
  • 10 Burpee Broad Jumps
  • 20 Yard sled Push (Partner Pushes Sled Back)

*stay with your partner entire time. Motivate and push each other.
