Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit Hunters Creek!

STEP 1-

"Book a Free Intro Class"

Click on the link below to set up your Free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, check out our awesome facility and experience our CrossFit program firsthand! Once you've done this, you and we, can decide if CrossFit Hunters Creek is for you. ( Let's just say your life is about to change!! ) 

Have a look at our Class Schedule and choose a time that suits you to come check us out!

 

 STEP 2-

"Complete our Fundamentals Course"

By offering one-on-one training during the Fundamentals Course, we minimize distractions and can pay maximum attention to your individual needs. Fundamentals training is designed to show you the basic fundamental movements that we frequently use in our workouts to reduce any risk of injury to you and to maximize the intensity you will be able to train at once you enter our regular group Workouts Of the Day (WOD's). you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Workouts!

We welcome you to make an appointment with us so that you may come in and see firsthand who we are, and what we do!

STEP 3-

"Be Dedicated!"

After you have finished your foundations course and have graduated to our group WOD's your officially a part of the CrossFit Hunters Creek Community and are a step closer to changing your whole life!

You are happy to sign up in person during normal business hours or call us and let us know when is a suitable time for you!

"Going to Hunters Creek CrossFit has changed my life. I first heard about crossfit through a co-worker who challenged me to give it a shot. My lifestyle and eating habits were terrible and I found myself weighing over 240lbs. At only 5’9” that’s beyond terrible. I needed a drastic change.

When I first arrived I was greeted with smiles and enthusiasm. The people were friendly and the coaches were helpful.
