Strength - Squat clean thruster: 10 rounds – Every 90 seconds, perform:
1x squat clean thruster (Work up to a max for the day)
*This is to be performed as one motion. For example, do a squat clean and as you come out of the hole, drive the barbell up over head. Power clean + thruster is not permitted.
