- Handstand hold (box, wall, or free stand)
- L-sit/knee tuck or pull-up
- Crow pose, see image below.
- Hollow Rock (rocking)
- TTB (Knee tuck and Sit up can be substituted)
- Plyometric Push-Up (Hand release and regular can be substituted).
- Back Extension (Superman)
