Was anyone else inspired after watching regionals!? For many of us, we will never compete in them and are satisfied with competing at local competitions or against our friends at the box on a daily basis. Just because we will never make it, doesn't mean we can't train as if we are going to. Don't walk into the box with a notion of just working out, but to train. There is a huge difference between the two.
