Remember playing on the monkey bars, jumping off your roof, crawling through mud, running around barefoot? That was my average day after school while growing up, and not filled with video games or cable tv. Let's be kids today and have some fun in the box! Gymnastics are a critical part in Crossfit and help with kinesthetic awareness and body control, so please come in and enjoys today's warm-up and skill session.

3 Forward rolls (Cartwheels are allowed in lieu of)
5 Wall Walks
7 Hollow Rocks
9 Push Ups

Then accumulate 2 minutes of ea.
- L-Sit Hold (Pull-up rig or parallette)
- Top of Pull-Up Hold
- Hollow Rock
- Handstand
