Why did you start Crossfit? Think about it. Did you want a challenge, to lose weight, or because your friends joined a box and wouldn't shut up about it? No matter why you started, what matters is that you're here. Don't lose sight of your goals or personal dreams. There will be days, hours, and minutes when all you want to do is quit, walk away from the barbell, and go home. Don't be that person, make an effort to be the person you want to be, not an excuse to remain the person whom you want to make better.
